购买Bluehost主机后，一直没有开通SSH，今天尝试着去开了一个TICKET，填写好自己的邮箱，全名，还有密码后四位之后，写了申请开通SSH的正文内容：

Hi bluehost:
Would you please be kind enough to give me the shell access right?
My ID is “****”. I have attached my id card. thanks.

顺便附上了自己的身份证图片，没过多久，bluehost客服就回复到邮箱了：

Firstly we will need the last for characters of the password that would get you into the cpanel on your account(NOT the last four digits on the credit card). Secondly, we will need an ID that shows the same name and the primary account holder on the account.

拒绝了，怎么回事？原来是我把密码后四位填写成了信用卡后四位，我真250啊！同时bluehost客服似乎看不懂身份证上的中文名字，于是我又在身份证图片上，名字旁边增加了英文的注释（就是用拼音写出自己的名字就行了），同时又用我蹩脚的英文强调了一下我名字的英文拼音：

My name is “我的中文名” in Chinese, and in English is “Pin Yin”;

好了，发出去后没过2分钟，就回复开通了！

I’ve enabled SSH on your account. You should be able to use your 8 character username (found in your cPanel) to log in. Your password will be the normal cPanel password.

不得不夸的是bluehost客服响应速度真的很快，看来网上大多的正面评论确实说的是啊。
